Female Empowerment

Dear Art Lovers,

It’s that time again! On November 21, 2024, we’re opening our doors to welcome you to our new vernissage, “Female Empowerment,” from 3 to 6 pm. Join us in celebrating the art, creativity, and remarkable achievements of female artists worldwide—a tribute to the unique contributions women make to the art world.

Women in the Art World: Facts and Figures

In recent years, women have firmly established their place in the art world, finding a niche that not only highlights their perspectives but also inspires audiences globally. Did you know that over 60% of our represented artists are women? Yet despite the growing recognition, female artists remain underrepresented in major institutions, with studies indicating that they make up only about 30% of artists featured in prominent art venues. Nevertheless, women’s contributions to art continue to gain momentum and visibility.
